PELICAN BAY HOA BOARD MEETING

Brittany Kartchner relayed to the board that she needed to step down from her position as board president. She nominated Morgan Humphries as the new president which was followed by a unanimous vote by the board in the affirmative. She will continue to serve on the board and help with financial responsibilities.

April 8, 2023

PELICAN BAY HOA ANNUAL HOA MEETING

Today we held the annual neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt which was followed by the annual HOA meeting. At the meeting Morgan Humphries was presented as the new HOA president as Brittany Kartchner asked to be relieved from that position to fulfill other responsibilities.

At the meeting the HOA budget was presented and discussed. Meeting was opened to others for a questions and answer period. Then the meeting was closed.

PELICAN BAY HOA BOARD MEETING

Landscape contracting was discussed along with the assignment for Frank to follow up with Bolli on the watering schedule for the parks. Discussion of park rehabilitation and sprinklers being re-done was discussed.

Entrance signs removal and relandscaping for the Card and Fox home were discussed.

Lot compliance was discussed with assignments made to reach out to those who were in need of help.

Budget status and any possible late dues discussed. There were no HOA members standing delinquent in payment.
