Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please email hello@feverup.com directly to change your ticket.
When should I arrive?
Doors will open 45 mins prior to the start time. No late entry is permitted.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of our audience, all of the candlelight will be provided through flameless candles.
Can I bring animals?
No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com if you plan to bring a service animal.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Can I bring my child?
Age requirement: 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are food and drink available?
Beverages will be available for purchase at the event. You can find the menu here.
Do I need to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear masks during the experience and will have them available if needed.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code enforced.
Is there parking available?
Yes, please view the link here for available parking options at this event.
Are photos and videos allowed to be taken during the performance?
No photography or video of any kind is permitted during the performance except for the last song. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Will there be a coat check?
There will NOT be a coat check available at this event.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
The venue is ADA compliant. Please reach out to hello@feverup.com or directly to the venue if you have any questions.
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
No tickets are available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
