JOSLIN MEMORIAL LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES

       MINUTES

Wednesday November  17, 2021 at 5:30

    At the Library

Present:  Carol Hosford, Sally Reisner, Trish Read, Jean Joslin, David Babic, Jason Butler, Anna Church

Absent:

Approve draft minutes:  Trish made a motion  to accept and Sally seconded.  Motion passed.

The library will close at noon on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.  

Financial Report:  Budget

1. David reviewed the Proposed Portfolio Analysis and our Edward Jones accounts.

2. David explained our proposed Joslin Library Budget and past budget figures.  The Board and David discussed several line items and made adjustments.

3. David will circulate the amended upcoming budget to Board members.

Carol made a motion to adjourn and Trish seconded.  The meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.

The next meeting will be January  19, 2022 at 5:30 at the library.
