Upon signing up for the service, citizens will be able to get alerts on road closings, weather alerts directly from the National Weather Service, ongoing crime situations, and other emergency notifications. This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications

Arrests and Reports 

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of November 21, 2023 through November 27, 2023

November 21, 2023- St. Clair County deputies towed a vehicle blocking the roadway on A Highway.

November 21, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Kevin Ream at the St. Clair County Jail. He is being charged with Trafficking Drugs-2nd Degree and Delivery or Possession of a Controlled Substance at County/Private Jail/Correction Center Except with Prescription. Bond is $25,000 cash surety.

November 21, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to East 2nd Street in Appleton City for tampering. Subjects noticed their vehicle door open.

November 22, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Billy Bouse at Twin Oaks Harbor on two Missouri State Highway Patrol warrants for Failure to Appear- Driving While Revoked-1st Offense and Failure to Appear-No Insurance. Bond is $651 cash only.

November 22, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast 200 Road in Osceola for a report of a subject with an altered mental status. Subject was transported to Cox for medical evaluation.

November 22, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast 500 Road in Collins for a disturbance. Report was taken.

November 22, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to West 4th Street in Appleton City in reference to a dog bite. Juvenile was transported to Ellet Memorial Hospital.

November 22, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to East Burbank Street in Appleton City for a domestic disturbance. Haydee Suranofsky was arrested for Domestic Assault-3rd Degree and Abuse or Neglect of a Child-Serious Emotional or Physical Injury- No Sexual Contact. Haydee was booked and released at the St. Clair County Jail.

November 23, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast Old 13 Highway in Osceola for a stolen box trailer. Trailer was described as a white metal trailer with rusty Fenders, wooden floorboard, and a Bruno's Greenhouse logo on the rear doors.

November 23, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northwest 40 Road for a report of a deceased person. Coroner declared subject deceased of natural causes.

November 24, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southwest 300 Road in Osceola for a report of property damage. Reporting party reported a bullet hole through the wall and a window opposite of the wall. Report was taken.

November 25, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to East 7th Street and South Hancock in Lowry City for a disturbance. Both parties were notified not to trespass on each other’s property.

November 26, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 951 Road in Osceola for a domestic disturbance. Subject had an altered mental status and was transported to Cox Health for a mental evaluation.

November 26, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to South Blaine Street in Lowry City for a disturbance. Parties separated for the evening.

November 27, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to South Blaine Street in Lowry City for a disturbance. Jeffrey Lyon was arrested and being charged with Domestic Assault-4th Degree.

November 27, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 1103 Pvt. Road in Osceola for a disturbance. John Chiles was arrested on a Probation and Parole warrant for Probation Violation. No bond is set.

November 27, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to South Cleveland Street in Lowry City for an uncontrollable juvenile. Report was taken and information forwarded to juvenile office.
