New Oxford High School Scholarship Bulletin

Due Dates are VERY important!! It can take up to 5 days for transcripts to be delivered via mail. Turn in application and all other supplemental papers at least one week prior to the due date.

Please note there are deadlines for each individual scholarship. If a scholarship is handed in late to the Guidance Office, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for getting it to the destination late. Students are responsible for seeing that applications are mailed, emailed, and/or postmarked before the deadline. If you need a transcript sent with the applications, the transcript request must be in the guidance office at least one week before the deadline to allow us to prepare and send it in a timely manner.

Adams Electric Cooperative Scholarship

The student must be a senior in high school and have at least one parent or guardian currently receiving electric service from Adams Electric Cooperative, Inc., with an account in good standing and the parent or guardian must live in Pennsylvania at the time of the student’s application for a scholarship.

Consideration will be given to all female high school seniors who participated in York USA for a minimum of 3 years or 6 seasons. (fall or spring)

Plan to enroll full-time in an accredited two or four-year American college or university in the fall and spring of the academic year. Public, private, trade schools, as well as home-schooled graduates are all acceptable. Hugh Carcella Scholarship

An applicant must be the son, daughter, or legal ward of a member of the United Steelworkers, District 10 (Eastern) in good standing with the Local Union participating in the Scholarship; or a son, daughter or legal ward of a disabled or old age retiree or deceased member of an affiliated Local Union, who was in good standing with the United Steelworkers at the time of their retirement or death.

Visiting Nurse Association-

Florence deHaven Stick Memorial

To deserving students,living in the areas surrounding Hanover and Spring Grove or in any part of Adams County. Scholarships will be awarded by the VNA to students enrolled in an accredited nursing program or accepted for classes beginning in the fall of 2021 for a career as a R.N. or L.P.N. The scholarship is awarded on the basis of financial need, academic performance and extracurricular activities.
