Good Afternoon USC Families,
This message is in regards to the pickup of educational materials for your child as we prepare to begin Distance Learning on Monday, March 30th. We will be getting these materials to you using curbside pickup on Thursday and Friday this week. We are asking families with the last name A through L to pull up in front of the school on Thursday, March 26th between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. We are asking families with the last name M through Z to pull up in front of the school on Friday, March 27th between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. We are asking you to stay in your vehicle as we will have staff there to get your child/ren’s names so we can bring their materials to you. If your family has a scheduling conflict on the day you are assigned, you will still be able to get your child/ren’s materials on the other day.
There are several items to be picked up for students in preschool, kindergarten, 1st grade, and 2nd grade. 3rd grade does not have any items that need to be picked up. The only item to be picked up for 4th grade is a math book. Students in grades 5 and 6 will need 2-3 sheets of graph paper, so if 5th and 6th grade students have graph paper at home you do not need to come to school to get it. We do have graph paper available at school for those that would like it.
Students in preschool, kindergarten, 1st grade, and 2nd grade will be receiving materials that will last three weeks. As this situation continues to evolve, we will communicate with you if there is a need to distribute more materials.
