There will be two Financial Aid Workshops at Manassas Park High School. The first, a General FAFSA Workshop will be held in the Commons on 9/23 at 6:30PM for seniors and their parents. Presented by Susan McCrackin formerly with The College Board of Reston. The second, a FAFSA Completion Workshop on 10/16 in Room 253 at 6:30PM for seniors and their parents. Susan McCrackin, financial aid officers, and FAFSA employees will assist with the FAFSA submission and completion process.

Mr. Woodbridge is a male talent pageant where four men of each class will perform their very own unique talent whether it’s singing, dancing, magic, you name it. There can only be one winner in the end…. Could it be you? Auditions are September 24 and September 25 starting at 2:30. The sign-up sheet is located outside the choir room door which is room 1824. We hope to see some talented guys next week!

The Eddas Coffee House will take place on September 25th between 6-8pm in the Senior Lounge. Cost of a ticket is $5 or, if you are sharing your art or dressed as your favorite character, it is $4. WSHS will hold our annual Senior Parent Breakfast Saturday, September 7, 2019 from 8:00 - 10:00 AM in the Lower Cafe and Auditorium. The event will cover college and career planning, financial aid, military options, scholarships and more! Please enter through door 17.

Are you interested in auditioning for the fall play? A sign up sheet is posted on the arts board outside lower admin! Audition dates are September 9th and 10th!

Resolved: Debate Team is AWESOME. The WSHS Debate Team will have an interest meeting on September 10th from 2:10-3 PM in Room 1122. Please see Ms. Falgiano if you have any questions.

The options for the dance are “Night at the Carnival”, “Emerald City”, “To the Moon and Back” and “Poseiden’s Paradise”. Voting will take place through the SALC twitter @SALCbridge. Don’t forget to vote for your favorite one!

Parking passes will be sold during all lunch shifts outside of the upper cafeteria from August 28th through September 13th. They are $100 each. Click here for an application.
