Often times prayer feels boring and dry and hard and we assume it's not working or the Lord is disappointed. Instead, we need to stop focusing on what we feel and focus on what the Lord is saying in his Word. Because when we feel nothing he feels so much! When we come before God we have to believe that he is who he says he is and that he rewards those who diligently seek him. Â We have to diligently seek him not feel him. When we don't feel much in prayer that doesn't mean he doesn't. Â This is something we have to resell with because we base everything on how we feel but we need to base everything on the Word Of God and what he says about us. we can be confident that even though our prayers feel weak they matter to him and he hears us.
