Your Doula Elevator Pitch

Now that you've learned all about the doula's role and benefits, it's time to make that information your own. Doulas are the ambassadors to the world of doula-hood, so knowing what to say about doulas is very important.

Here's an exercise for you: Imagine you are stepping onto an elevator and

you are wearing a big button that says-

Another person steps on the elevator and asks “What's a doula?” just as they press the 3rd floor button.  That's it, you have 3 floors to answer their question.  

What will you say?
