CREATING A THIRD PARTY USER ACCOUNT

In order to create a Third Party User account, your student must add you as a Third Party User and grant you permissions.

If your student has yet to complete this, have them follow these instructions -

ACTIVATING FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Once all the appropriate steps have been completed, you should receive an email from accountsetup@pointloma.edu to the email your student listed.

Please note - It can take up to 90 minutes for the Third Party User account set-up notification to be emailed.

Preview of what the email will look like -

Open the email - Note the username and select the link to create your password.

Create and enter a password and then submit. 

Be sure to keep this password and username handy.

Enter the Username and password and select continue.

You will be prompted to select a 2- step authentication. Select your preferred choice and complete the setup.

Once this is complete, you should be directed to the OneLogin homepage.

Select Workday.

You are ready to start using Workday!
