Council
House President
- Set up Community Agreements
- Worked with Casey and Sid to set up a running and pole workshop club to be announced at Council #3
- With Community Manager stepping down, stepped up to work with setting up support circles to try to get it up and running by next week
- Council #4 & #5: Open Conversations about/with Managers and mid-semester feedback form; Nominations and Election for Board Rep & Community Manager; Community Agreements Process
- Council #9 & #10: Vote of Confidences
- Council #10, #11, #12: Election for Summer & Fall Positions
Food Managers
- Worked with Workshift Managers to solidify permanent cookshifts
- Ordered food
- Working on official cook crew and kitchen manual
- Izzy passed her ServSafe exam!
- Please put away cereal in a respectful manner, we want it to not go stale babies
Common Electronics Manager
Negotiated terms of agreement with printer seller
Will present on terms of funding and setting up cable fund for replacement cables.
Who cleaned the printer station and did we dispose of the old printer properly?
Garden manager:
Piled trash for dump run
Read applications and chose garden crew
Worked with crew Sunday
Kitchen Manager:
- Ran IKC/SIKC
- Ordered supplies for the house so y’all can wipe your asses and clean your hands ;)
- Followed up with Central regarding msised deliveries
- Heard requests from members and ordered more culinary kitchenware
Josh - one of the Project Managers:
- Got feedback from manager meeting and getting feedback/approval from Council tonight (prepared for that)
- Promoted and held another orientation
- Scheduling for Solidarity Circle
- Emailed a bunch of managers and members to see if they’re interested in working on pages or otherwise improving Cloyne.org this semester
Goals for this coming week: Setting up meetings with those who are interested, promoting any other opportunities for HI to the house, and working with Alex on the Finances page and videos for kitchen orientation and workshifts
Dungeon Master
- Set up HI day, which got the makerspace cleaned
- Created detailed plan for the semester
- Mocked up roles for my crewmembers (for 1st couple weeks)
- Wrote makerspace budget
- Compiled list of supplies to replenish makerspace
- Took feedback from members regarding workshops/supplies
- Met with Alex regarding makerspace/furniture room
Workshift
- Working on solidifying workshift assignments
- Moved around a lot of people who needed their workshifts changed
- Answered a bunch of emails
- Uploaded temp week hours for everyone.
Network
- Met with Mitar about gigabit upgrade
- Initial network crew meetings - documentation and github org setup
- Still working on rocket chat push notifications
