PTA will be putting out a google form via Ms. Wang on class dojo asking our families for feedback so we can plan for next school year. Your input is appreciated!

Old business

• We concluded our Ice Pop Sale last week. We had a successful run!
• We celebrated 14 students for their families participation in our World’s Finest Chocolate Fundraiser with a Pizza Hut Pizza Party on May 29
• PTA invites the NYPD Jazz band to perform for our school! You can watch some clips on our Instagram - PS201QPTA as well as District 25’s Instagram https://www.instagram.com/p/DY43F0nkdoS/?igsh=MXh6MG4yMW1rMHJydA==

New business

• We are still looking for volunteers for Carnival & Field Day this Friday, June 12th. If you would like to volunteer, please fill out the Google Form - it can also be found on class dojo https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeIeBHfzY7FqQCSx71pRPmfkHcLrpuqI8JCBhAqVW6rNoMxEA/viewform?usp=header
• 5th grade senior breakfast is on Thursday, June 18th

Treasurer’s Report

• We have managed to raise over $7000 this school year through the many fundraisers we have done this year; this money was used to support:
• Penguin & Friends Dance in Feb
• Debate Team Tournament shirts
• Monthly Golden Tray class winners
• Carnival inflatable games
• Field day t-shirts and items needed for Mr. D to support field day stations
• Pizza parties for recipients of fundraisers (Krispy Kreme Donuts, Double Good Popcorn, World’s Finest Chocolate)
• Monthly birthday celebrations - including summer birthdays!
• Teacher & staff appreciation
• 5th grade senior breakfast (senior dues only covers a portion of the total spending)
• 3k & pre-k stepping up
• We expect our end of year bank balance to be approximately $7500 after June expenditures
