1. Introduction

This document defines the rules for the processing of personal data and other types of data by the digital service called “PreFire” available on the Discord platform. Use of the Service constitutes full and revocable acceptance of these rules. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• “Service Provider” - a natural person providing the Service.
• “User” - a natural person using the Service.
• “Service” - a digital service provided on the Discord platform with the ID “999222742459109447” (link).
• “Support Server” - a server on the Discord platform with the ID “738712165145509889” (link).

3. Controller

The User remains the owner of all content submitted to the Service. The Service Provider is not responsible for content submitted by Users.

The Service Provider is the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR. Contact with the Service Provider is possible via the contact methods listed at the end of this document.

4. Scope

When using the Service, the following data are processed:

• the User’s account identifier,
• the User’s account name,
• content submitted by the User to the Service,
• Service operation logs.

5. Purpose

Data are processed for the purpose of:

• ensuring proper operation of the Service,
• analyzing usage statistics and improving functionality,
• security and protection against abuse,
• compliance with legal obligations.

6. Legal Basis

Data are processed on the basis of:

• performance of a contract, with respect to data necessary for the operation of the Service,
• the User’s consent, with respect to features requiring voluntary acceptance,
• the legitimate interest of the Service Provider, with respect to logs and analyses necessary to ensure the security and reliability of the Service.

7. Storage

The Service Provider stores data securely on the servers of a reputable international provider MongoDB.

Access to the data is granted exclusively to authorized persons, ensured through access validation and verified by regular audits conducted by the Service Provider.

Data is stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing or until the User requests deletion of the data, excluding data necessary for the proper operation of the Service or for compliance with legal obligations.

8. Sharing

The Service Provider does not sell personal data or any other type of data. User privacy is an absolute priority.

The Service Provider shares data with third parties only when it is necessary for the proper operation of the Service or when required by law.

Third parties to whom data are shared:

• MongoDB (storage),
• IceHost (read).

The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily share data with an entity not listed above in the event of an unexpected Service failure, in order to ensure its proper operation.

9. User rights

The User has the right to:

• access their personal data,
• rectify inaccurate data,
• erase data,
• restrict data processing,
• data portability,
• withdraw consent to data processing at any time.

Withdrawal of consent to data processing is possible by:

• removing the Service from the server through which the data were stored,
• formal contact with the Service Provider.

Such action results in the immediate deletion of the User’s data, excluding data subject to the exclusion specified in section 7 of this document.

10. Changes

The Service Provider reserves the right to change these rules at any time. Updates are announced on the Support Server and take effect immediately. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
