Meet and Greet Session Rules for Rea Kami and Boiled Curry

Fan Signing Event

1. The Meet and Greet Activity is open to ALL participants who had purchased required merchandise of the guest:

• Rea Kami: Rea Kami Starter Pack
• Boiled Curry: Accumulated purchase of the guest goods worth Php 500 and above

2. Meet and Greet activity will be in Discord and is limited to 30 slots for each guest. Each participant has 3 minutes to interact with the guest. A timer will be streamed in the channel as a reminder.

3. Participants CAN purchase just one of the required merchandise to access the guest that they prefer. For example, if they want to access the Meet and Greet with Boiled Curry, they must purchase her merchandise worth Php 500 and above.

4. Upon purchase, an email will be sent to you if you are part of the slot. Kindly confirm by providing your Discord ID. Once Discord ID has been provided, you will be given access to the discord Meet and Greet channels where you can appear/enter at a specified time.

5. Meet and Greet staff will be ushering participants to the channels designated for the meet and greet sessions. Once all participants have interacted with the guest of their choice, both Rea Kami and Boiled Curry will have a short joint session with the participants for a group photo.

6. As a courtesy for our guests, the meet and greet session will adhere to a strict schedule. Meet and Greet schedule will start at 3:00 PM on August 28, 2021.

7. Fans are expected to be on their best behavior. Any untoward incident that may be perceived as rude to the guest can and may lead to the cancellation or early end of the session(s), upon the organizers’ decision, without any refund.

8. Meet and Greet organizers reserve the right to refuse a meet and greet session with the guests, without any refund, for unruly conduct and/or any individual who ignores and/or violates any of the house rules.

9. The following activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED during the session:

• Requesting additional fan-signs and/or banners from guest(s);
• Requesting for a different activity with the guest(s);
• Screaming and/or shouting;

Merchandise Selling Guidelines

1. All official merchandise by the Cosplayer Guests will be sold exclusively in the CosShoppe: https://cosplay.ph/shop/cosshoppe/
2. Official merchandise will be shipped within 7 to 14 business days after the event. You may email shop@cosplay.ph for more inquiries.
3. All merchandise sold for the Meet & Greet session will be signed by the guest.
