- Arizona would receive $2.1 billion in education funding from the HEROES Act
- The K-12 portion would be $1.4 billion
- That’s enough to save or restore the positions of:
- 8,201 teachers,
- 2,636 teacher aides, and
- 6,658 other education workers.
Direct Aid to State and Local Governments
- Arizona would receive $10.6 billion in direct state aid
- Local governments in Arizona would receive $7.3 billion in direct aid
Healthcare
- Arizona would receive $2.4 billion in Medicaid funding through the HEROES Act
