In signing this application, I acknowledge receipt of the Rules and Guidelines of the College Street Farmers Market and agree to abide by each rule or regulation set forth therein. I understand that I may be fined, asked to leave the market, or disqualified for violation of any of these rules. I agree to allow representatives of the College Street Farmers Market to inspect the premises where the products I intend to sell are produced. I agree to obtain all applicable permits and licenses, and to sell only products produced by my employees or me. I further agree not to hold the College Street Farmers Market or Singin’ River Live responsible for any damages arising from the sale of any of my products. I am responsible for obtaining all necessary insurance related to my product, and I agree to provide a current certificate of insurance for my liability insurance policy.
I am aware that I am personally responsible for paying city, county, and state taxes which
are incurred by selling my products at the market and that the College Street Farmers
Market has no role in this process.

Please sign and submit to Market Manager with a copy of your Commercial General Liability Insurance (Minimum General Liability Aggregate Limit $1,000,000) listing Singin’ River Live (lessor of premises) & College Street Farmers Market as an additional insured. Also send a check for application fee of $50.00, made out to College Street Farmers Market.
