Job Description

This position requires involvement and knowledge in all aspects of Sea Wolf food and beverage preparation, customer service, and product knowledge. Newly hired staff start by training through all general FOH skills and then train for espresso machine/barista skills somewhere between 6 months to a year depending on employee experience, performance, and needs of the department.

As a FOH team member, daily activities include… Completing sales transactions, explaining Sea Wolf products to customers, communicating with all departments, restocking pastry and bread from the back of house, organizing display cases, and deep cleaning.  You will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the space, putting away orders, facing/restocking merchandise, and doing dishes with a quick pace and focus towards efficiency. FOH staff complete customer orders in a timely manner with collaborative and positive attitudes leaving customers with a feeling of having had a great experience.

Shifts are 8.25 hours with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break and two paid ten minute breaks. You are required to be available to work one weekend day per week, and work at a minimum two shifts per week.

Shifts for this position can be as follows: 5:45am-1:45pm, 6:15am-2:30pm, 6:30am-2:45pm, 10:30am - 7:00pm, 11:15am-7:30pm. You will not be scheduled to close one day and then open the next. Additional responsibilities to be determined by the Retail Sales Manager and Assistant Retail Sales Manager.

Currently we are looking for dedicated employees to work 2 or more days Wednesday-Sunday in the following shifts:

Closing 11:15am-7:30pm  (8.25hrs)

AM Float 7:30am-12:30 (5hrs) Saturdays & Sundays
