Middle School Fee Waiver Applications
Middle school fees can cost up to $250.
- If you need assistance with these fees, complete an application and submit it with documentation to the main office.
- Income verification required through:
- Most recent tax return, last 3 pay stubs or income statement
- Verification of benefits for TANF/FEP or Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Verification of students in foster care or state custody.
- In order to qualify to have all fees waived, applications must be submitted by October 3, 2025.
- Applications received after that date will require you to pay partial fees.
