Thank you for volunteering to be a part of our Employee Resource Groups (ERG) leadership team.

As launch leads, you will be helping us build a foundation for what community means here at [ORGANIZATION], and create a safe space for everyone to learn and share ideas. If this is your first time leading an ERG, do not worry, we are here to help! We want our ERGs to be successful but also a rewarding experience for everyone, so you will be working in partnership with the broader DEI team, [insert additional applicable partners for your organization], to ensure you are fully supported in anything you might need.

We are scheduling a call for [insert date] to kick off this amazing project officially. In the meantime, please review our ERG Guide, and if you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to let us know!
