3 ingredient Black Bean Burger

Serves 2-3 people


Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Rinse and drain beans
  2.  Mash beans in a bowl
  3. If using croutons coarsely mash then add to beans. If using bread crumbs then just add them to beans.
  4. Add Salsa and mix
  5. Season with your favorite burger seasoning
  6. Form patties from mixture and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 20 mins
  7. On medium heat pan fry with oil for 2 minutes on each side

Tips

When forming patties try and squeeze out as much juice as possible. This will help prevent the burgers from having a mushy consistency.
