Distinguished Alumni Nominations 2020: Warrior Community, it’s that time of year where we ask our Warrior Community to nominate candidates for the WVHS Distinguished Alumni Recipient for 2020! On Feb 26th, 2020, WVHS will host our annual Indian Prairie Scholar Ceremony for the Senior Class of 2020. Each year at this award ceremony, the Waubonsie Valley High School administration also inducts our honoree for the Distinguished Alumni Award. We would love for YOU to nominate a Warrior Alumni that you feel is deserving of the WVHS Distinguished Alumni award. Nominations for consideration are accepted from staff, students, and community members. The candidate application information is collected via the completion of the survey at the link below. Applications must be complete in order for the candidate to be considered. Each application will be reviewed by the WVHS Instructional Leadership Team and the recipient will be determined at the first part of October of 2019. The chosen recipient will be notified by the end of October. To submit an alumni for consideration, please be aware that
candidates must have graduated prior to the year 2013. Self-Nomination is allowed and encouraged. Recipients of past years have a distinguished career in the chosen professional career and perhaps have contributed to the Warrior Community in some way (but not necessary).
