Dear parents/guardians,

As our Happenin’ ‘25 concerts approach, please take note of the important schedule and logistics information below. We ask that you add the pertinent dates and times to your family calendar. Thank you for your attention to these important details.

This is a closed rehearsal for choir members only. We cannot accommodate any spectators at this event. Thank you for understanding.

This concert is still required even though there is no school during the day; the day off for students was added well after this was planned.

*The May 6 rehearsal will include a complete run-through of the entire show with all large group and small group/solo acts performing. As noted above, this is a working rehearsal; we are not able to admit any spectators for this event.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:

Because of our special staging and choreography, attendance at all rehearsals is required. The rehearsal on May 6 is worth 100 points; all other rehearsals are worth 50 points.

CONCERT ATTIRE:

Students will receive a costume list by April 15 detailing exactly what they will wear for each choir number. There will be several costume changes during the show. The two choir rooms will be used for costume changes.

CONCERT NIGHT ATTENDANCE:

TICKET INFORMATION FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS:

Tickets for both reserved and general admission seating will be available only to parents/guardians via “Seat Yourself” online store beginning on April 22. On April 24, remaining tickets will be advertised for public/school-wide sale. Watch your email the morning of April 22 for instructions.
