**If your student is currently enrolled in the Pre-K program at Randolph**

Please do not Pre-Register your student.

Please complete the Kindergarten Intention Form you received

from the Pre-K Office.

       

Pre-Register your student if your student is NOT currently enrolled in Randolph Public Schools Pre-K Program.

NEXT STEPS

STEP 1: Once your Pre-Registration form has been approved, you will receive an email detailing next steps.

        

Please note: If you pre-register after school hours or during a weekend or holiday, you will receive your username and password the following business day.

This email will include a username and temporary password. This information will be associated with your student to your parent PowerSchool account. Make sure the email you enter on the Pre-Registration form has been entered correctly.

REGISTRATIONS ARE NOT COMPLETE UNTIL ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ARE RECEIVED and ALL REGISTRATIONS FORMS ARE APPROVED.

STEP 2: Gather the required documents: For a list of necessary documents, click on this link RPS Required Registration Documents.

STEP 3: Log into your PowerSchool Parent Portal Account at https://rps.powerschool.com. Information to access the account is located in the email you will receive once your pre-registration form is approved by the RPS Registration Office. When completing the registration process, you should log into PowerSchool using a browser or we HIGHLY encourage you to use the PowerSchool App, for better efficiency and accessibility features.

STEP 4: Once you have logged into the PowerSchool Parent Portal, click “Forms” from the left hand menu navigation. Complete the forms and upload the Required Documents for each student. Please make sure you upload the necessary documents for the registration to be complete.

Once your registration forms have been submitted and documents have been uploaded, the RPS Registrar’s Office will  review the New Student Registration forms and you will receive an email from the RPS Registrar’s Office with details about your registration.

After that, what’s next?

  1. IF APPROVED - you will receive a confirmation of approval via email. Details of school assignments will be finalized and shared in the Summer 2023.
  2. IF UNAPPROVED - you will receive an email with additional directions.

Please note: a student will not be enrolled if we have an incomplete registration, this includes completion of all Registrations Forms and required documentation.
