We have prepared questionnaires for candidates in the following races. The hyperlinks below allow you to identify what state and congressional districts you belong to by providing your address. We do not collect any information from the links below.
- Locate the candidates’ contact information on our spreadsheet.
Whenever available, we have compiled candidates’ direct e-mail addresses, Twitter handles, and phone numbers. In some instances, you may have to use a contact form embedded directly into the campaign website.
- E-mail your candidate with the appropriate questionnaire!
