NMCR-1 SRCSP PLAN
The objective of this plan is to assist NMCR-1 in the consistent delivery of impactful learning opportunities in a safe & secure, stable & healthy environment. (This plan will be reviewed by the NMCR-1 District Leadership Team every 6 months until no longer required. Last revised June 9, 2022.)
NMCR1 CURRENT
ATTENDANCE STATUS:
Tier One (1): Regular School with basic preventative protocols.
At its regular monthly meeting on June 9, 2022 the NMCR1 Board of Education reviewed our current Covid numbers.
Therefore, effective immediately, masks are optional for students and staff in school facilities and on buses.
Key operational points are as follows:
- Masks may be worn voluntarily at school and on buses.
- Temperature checks for students and staff may be performed daily at school entrances as a precaution to the extent possible.
- Bus transportation may still include temperature checks.
- Parents, students, and employees will be trained and reminded regularly of the symptoms and county-wide status of COVID-19.
- A strict cleaning regimen is in place in our schools and on our school buses.
- HVAC filters are replaced on a regular basis.
- Proper hand hygiene is expected.
- Per ESSER3 - Students with disabilities will have accommodations made for them for all aspects of potential COVID 19 impacts to their instructional plans in order to insure their educational needs are met.
