Where can I get my tickets?

You can purchase your tickets at https://www.feverup.com/, on  Google Play and Apple Store, or at the event box office.

Is my ticket valid for another day?

Tickets are purchased for a specific time slot. The time shown on the ticket is a GUIDELINE in order to optimize access to the exhibition and to organize the flow of visitors.

We cannot guarantee access to the exhibition outside the hours indicated on the ticket, as this is dependent on the capacity of the subsequent sessions. The ticket is NOT valid for another day.

Can the ticket be exchanged or returned if I am unable to attend?

Due to our company policy, we do not exchange or refund tickets. In any case, we suggest you give the ticket to a friend or family member and let them enjoy the exhibition in your place.

Can I request a refund or exchange of my ticket if I am unable to attend?
