May 2026 AP/IB Exams Morning AP - 8 am, arrive at 7:20 am Morning IB - 9 am, arrive at 8:20 am Afternoon AP - 12 pm, arrive at 11:20 am Afternoon IB - 1 pm, arrive at 12:20 pm | All AP/IB Testing will occur on the AHS Campus. Any changes to Exam locations will be communicated. Arrive at least 30-40 minutes before the test. Bring your STUDENT ID, black pens, pencils, and a calculator if required for the Exam. No cell phones, bags, or watches in the testing room. Late entry is NOT permitted, and you will not be provided a refund for any exam that you miss, regardless of the reason. Any absences for exams that require a make-up test must be approved by the Advanced Academics Coordinator. You MUST submit this form within 24 hours of the original Exam date and time. May 2026 AP Late Testing Schedule
Students who are scheduled to take a late test are only approved due to an AP/IB Exam testing conflict, an AHS school-sponsored event conflict, and/or a medical emergency. Please fill out the LATE AP EXAM Request Form if you meet the approved absence criteria.
The AHS AP/IB Testing Policies and Procedures outline the AHS late testing policies. Students and families must read these policies (see below) before requesting a late exam.
