Daily Self Love Worksheet

You can follow these steps daily in order to get yourself to feel loved.

Step 1: Say these words to yourself by looking in the mirror,

"I love you"

Step 2: Give yourself one compiment and write it down.

(For instance, " You are a great friend and listener”).

Step 3: Make a list of three qualities that you admire about yourself

(For example, "I love my smile.")

Step 4: Write your idea of treating yourself

(For example, "Buying flowers for myself.")
