No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.
The concert will be 1 hour long. Doors will open 45 minutes prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 30 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances. You will be permitted to get drinks and hangout in a lounge area prior to the show time but not after the performance!
No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us here if you plan to bring a service animal.
You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The venue is ADA compliant.
Beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) will be available for additional purchase. There will not be food sold on site. No outside food or beverages are allowed. If you’re consuming alcohol you must be 21+ with a valid ID.
Is there a dress code?
No dress code is enforced.
No tickets are available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
We encourage all attendees to wear masks during the experience and will have them available if needed.
