Case Update:

On April 8, 2025, Danny White, Collins, was arrested on a 24 hour hold by St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office, for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender Pursuant to 589.400-425. A warrant was issued for the above charge and Danny was held on a $15,000 cash or surety bond.

On April 7, 2025, Danny plead guilty to the above charge and in the Circuit Court of St. Clair County was sentenced to the Missouri Department of Corrections for 5 years. This sentence was suspended and Danny is to serve 5 years of supervised probation.
