The first 4 offenses of tardiness call for teacher-directed actions. On the 5th offense, it is an office discipline referral (with evidence of previous interventions).

3rd offense | Call home - ASD - teacher directed |
4th offense | Call home - ASD - teacher directed |
5th offense | Write an office discipline referral; Admin Consequence scheduled |
6th offense | Write an office discipline referral; Admin Conference with parent |
