These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the Inherited Release Method website, email, or any associated platform owned and operated by Elizabeth Brown trading as Inherited Release Method (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement to make a purchase. By proceeding with a payment, you confirm that the details provided are accurate and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.

Each product or service description is provided in good faith to help you make an informed choice. We reserve the right to correct any typographical or pricing errors before accepting your order.
All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already completed.
Payments can be made securely through Stripe or iDEAL (subject to written approval).
Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your purchase. If a payment fails or is not received, your order or access to the product may be suspended until resolved.
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a contract for goods or services within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason.
If you choose to access digital content (e.g., online modules, PDFs, or videos) immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that the service has begun and that you waive your statutory withdrawal right.

Due to the nature of training and digital services:
If a service or digital product is not as described, inaccessible, or defective, you are entitled to request a repair, replacement, or partial refund under EU consumer law. We will review such requests promptly and in good faith.
All course materials, manuals, techniques, videos, and written content are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Elizabeth Brown / Inherited Release Method.
Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable licence for individual learning use only. You may not reproduce, share, sell, or modify any content without written permission.
Our services are designed for educational and personal development purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.
You participate at your own risk and agree that we are not liable for emotional, psychological, or physical reactions arising from participation, except where caused by proven negligence.
