Good And Bad Choices Worksheet

Step

To- Do

1.

Select a Situation

Choose a specific situation or decision you want to evaluate. It could be related to work, relationships, health, or any other aspect of your life.

2.

Reflect on the Decision

Think about the decision you made in that situation. What options were available to you, and what factors influenced your choice?

3.

Evaluate the Outcome

Consider the consequences of your decision. Did it lead to a positive or negative outcome? How did it align with your goals and values?

4.

Learn and Adjust

Based on your reflection, identify whether it was a good or bad choice. If it was a good choice, understand why it worked well. Consider what you could have done differently if it was a bad choice.

5.

Plan Future Choices

Use your insights to make better choices in the future. Set goals and strategies to improve your decision-making skills.
