WELCOME TO HARVEST BIBLE COLLEGE

Let us take this opportunity to welcome you to what will to be the most exciting journey

into the depths of Christianity. Whether you are a Christian that's looking to learn

more or you believe that God has called you to serve in a servant leadership capacity in

the Kingdom, HBC is for you. HBC is committed to excellence and every course has

been designed to challenge you to grow in every area of your life. Again, welcome!

Taking Over,

Bishop Foreman

Founder & Chancellor

HBC is a nondenominational, Charismatic (Spiritfilled), self-paced, Christian Bible College that offers Biblically based, theological, Associate through Doctorate level degrees. HBC was birthed in 2008 out of a passion in Bishop Foreman to see Christians equipped to change the world and fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ through receiving quality education and impartation. God is raising up well learned leaders that are empowered by the Spirit to be on the front lines of twentyfirst century ministry. HBC is for Christians looking to deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ and for those looking for advanced Biblical and practical ministry training. HBC is not a degree mill and any degree granted by HBC must be earned with the exception of our honorary degrees in which we will indicate their honorary status.

The mission of HBC is found in the heart of Jesus' Great Commission found

in Matthew 28:19-20. Our mission is to equip the next generation of leadership in the Body of Christ.

God directed Bishop Foreman to start Harvest Bible College to train & equip believers for the work of the ministry after years of seeing people placed in leadership roles without the proper knowledge or understanding to effectively teach nor lead people.

Gifted as an apostle, Bishop Foreman is committed to fulfilling the instructions the Apostle Paul gave to his spiritual son Timothy when he said, “commit these things to faithful men (and women) that are able to teach others.” HBC is about raising a mighty army of history makers and world changers. The Scripture teaches that “the Kingdom suffers violence, but violent men (and women) take it by force.”

HBC is committed to preparing servant leaders who influence business, government, arts & entertainment, church/spirituality, family, education, and media. Preparation is never a waste of time. David was not experienced in fighting giants, but the lion and the bear prepared him.

Recent statistics suggest that eighty percent of leaders drop out of the ministry and eighty percent of those who stay are on the verge of giving up and we believe that the lack of preparation is a leading cause. Harvest Bible College may not be the best fit for those that want to passively sit back and take sides with antiquated religious rhetoric, but is perfect for those that want to see lives changed forever for God’s glory.

STATEMENT OF BELIEFS

ACCREDITATION

To “accredit” is to give official authorization to or approval of; to provide with credentials; to recognize or vouch for as conforming with a standard; to recognize as maintaining standards that qualify the graduates for admission to higher or more specialized institutions or for professional practice.

USDE accreditation is not necessary for the theological degrees in which we offer. Individuals seeking employment in government positions or licensed positions such as public school teachers, state licensed psychologists or psychiatrists, and counselors will more than likely need USDE accredited degrees. Generally speaking, most people working in ministry positions do not need a USDE accredited degree. However, if you are pursuing education at Harvest Bible College with the intent of obtaining employment or for some other reason, check with that organization before applying for enrollment in Harvest Bible College to determine if they’ll accept your HBC degree. Harvest Bible College assumes no liability of any kind for any reason & makes no guarantees whatsoever about how it’s degress can be used.

While Harvest Bible College is not required to obtain regional nor national USDE accreditation, we are fully accredited by the Worldwide Accreditation Commission of Christian Educational Institutions (WWAC).

WWAC Required Disclosure:Anyone wishing to contact them for verification may write to: The WWAC, 2800 Blendwell Rd in Richmond, VA 23224. WWAC has chosen not to seek endorsement by either the EAES or COPA due to separation of church and state, but is a growing and respected accrediting network of over 200 schools on the cutting edge for the cause of Christ.

Harvest Bible College holds authorization from the States of Colorado & South Carolina Departments of Education to offer and confer theological & religious degrees.

OUR FOUNDER & CHANCELLOR

Ph.D., D.C.E., M.Div., B.B.S.

In ministry for over eighteen years, Bishop Foreman is renowned for his bold, yet down to earth, practical, and humorous approach to presenting the Gospel, which makes the Bible easy to understand for all ages & backgrounds.  Through his visionary leadership, he founded Harvest Church to be a church that is passionate about changing lives.

Bishop is regarded as a fresh, engaging, and prolific voice of hope. His riveting and revelatory messages reach people around the globe through a multitude of media platforms. Bishop is known to tackle issues deemed taboo by some and make topics that are confusing to most, simple.

He is a sought after television & radio personality appearing as a regular host of the flagship Daystar Denver Celebration program and on other networks such as Trinity Broadcasting Network, Fox, ION, LeSea, the NRB network, and many radio programs.

Gifted as an apostle, he was elevated & consecrated a bishop, which is a pastor to pastors, in 2006 and equips pastors through our pastoral network called the Harvest Fellowship of Churches.

In 2007, the Urban Spectrum Newspaper named Bishop Foreman as one of “Colorado’s Most Influential African-Americans Who Make a Difference” and in 2009, Mayor John Hickenlooper honored him by declaring October 16th as “Bishop Foreman Day” in the city & county of Denver.

CREDIT TRANSFERS

Students desiring to transfer of HBC credits into another institution should contact that institution directly to determine if it will receive HBC credits. As is true of all institutions, transferability of credits is at the discretion of the receiving institution. Most theological degrees are generally not transferable into colleges or universities which have USDE accreditation. HBC makes no guarantees whatsoever regarding the transferability of its credits.

We do not accept credit transfers from existing bachelors, masters, or doctorate degrees in Arts or Sciences because we are a theological institution nor do we receive credits from other theological institutions. We do this so we can keep your tuition cost low. Accepting credit transfers would require HBC to drastically increase tuition & fees for administrative expenses.

While we champion those that have been active in ministry, HBC does not offer any life experience credits.
