Requesting Events in Incident IQ - Public
We are pleased to introduce a new platform to streamline requests to use one of our school policies.

Logging In/Creating Your Account
- You will be presented with 3 options:
- Google SSO is for WB Staff Only
- Login for Existing IncidentIQ Users
- Create and Account if you are new to IncidentIQ (we will start with this option)

- Click “Register a new account”
- Fill out your Name, email address, and create a password
- Click “Continue”

- You will be prompted to check your email and enter a verification code.
- Copy the code from your email and enter it here
- Click “Confirm”

Setting up Your Organization
If you are associated with an organization, you can set it up here.

- Start by searching to see if your organization already exists. Try searching several iterations of your organization to make sure we don't already have it in our system.
- Search “WBYAA” or “West Bridgewater” and it will begin showing results for your entry
- If you do not find your organization, you will need to create one.
- CLICK “ADD NEW ORGANIZATION”
- If you are not associated with an organization, you can click “Skip This Step”

- Enter the Name of your organization
- Select an Organization Type
- Group A is for Internal Use only
- Group B - Civic and Youth Organizations: Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, Brownies, Lions Club, Kiwanis, Citizen Scholarship Foundation, Board of Selectmen, Finance Committee, Town Departments, Recreation Department, Town Athletic Teams, Town Committees.
- Group C - West Bridgewater Community Organization: Business Groups, Jaycees, Basketball Groups, Softball Groups, Grange, Matfield Woods, WB Youth Athletic Groups.
- Group D - Out of Town Business or Organization: Outside Business Groups, Basketball Groups, Softball Groups, Hockomock Association, Unions, Clubs, Athletic Groups, Performing Arts Studios.
- Enter remaining information about your group and click “Next”
Enter the details of your event
- Enter a Title for your Event
- Select an Event Type
- You may choose any of the appropriate options. If none of the options apply, choose “External Event Request”
- Fill out the remaining information as needed.
- If you setup an organization, select it in the dropdown, or choose “This Event is Not for an Organization”

- You have the option of not selecting a date and time of your event at this step. In the next step, you will have an opportunity to view the calendar and see available dates and times
- If you know the date and time of your event, you can enter it here,

Selecting a Room
- If you chose a date and time on the previous step, you will only see the rooms that are available at that time.
- If you entered an estimated attendees on the previous step, you will also only see rooms that can accommodate that size.
- If you did not choose a date or time in the previous step, all rooms will be shown here
- You may filter results here by typing in the name of the space you wish to reserve, or use the dropdown menus to narrow results down by school.
The Event Calendar
- If you selected a date/time previously, the calendar will display your event on the calendar here.
- If you did not select a date, then navigate through the calendar to find a time you wish to hold your event.
- When you find an available date, click on the calendar to place it
- Once your event is on the calendar, you can click and drag it up and down to change the start time. You can also grab the bottom to extend or shorten the event time.
- Be sure your start time and end time is accurate here.

Finishing up the details
- Here, you can add a description of the event, or upload an attachment if you wish.

Insurance Information and additional requests
- All outside groups are required to have liability insurance in order to use our facilities.
- Enter your Insurance information here and upload a copy of your policy
- Finally, enter any additional details such as chairs, tables, etc.

Once you click submit, your request will be sent for approval. You will receive an email with notifications of the status of your request.
** If you need to modify or cancel your request, please contact the school and the secretary will make the modifications for you.
