Call to Order

  1. Kyle Sheer called the meeting to order at 12:03

Agenda Adopted

  1. Dr. Sheer Motioned to Adopt the Agenda, Heidi Roberts motioned to approve, Guin Gerardot seconded the motion
  2. Dr. Sheer motioned to approve the September Minutes, Heidi Roberts motioned to approve the minutes, Guin Gerardot seconded the motion

Important Dates

  1. Progress Reports- November 17
  2. Picture Retakes- November 19
  3. Early Release- December 10 (professional development) and 18 (No PD)
  4. ELL Family Night Drive Through - December 15 5:00-6:30

Thanksgiving Donations

  1. Dr. Sheer explained that our school is here to help provide support families.  Our community has been very generous and if any one knows of families in need of help, please reach out to the school.

SIP

  1. Dr Sheer Steve Bender reviewed the proposed plan and approved for submission.
  2. SIP was submitted

  1. Science Proiciency among ELL sub groups
