2 or more sides of marquee to be opened up to increase airflow within the panel area

All persons will be required to wear a face mask.

Communal tables and chairs to be cleaned prior to the panel starting with antibacterial wash.

Origami papers are to be provided to each attendee of the panel.

These are to be placed at each seating station by volunteers prior to the panel opening, who will be wearing gloves.

Paper will be placed in plastic wallets >72 hours before the panel for attendees to remove themselves.

Volunteers cleaning chairs and tables to wear masks and gloves. And dispose of the cleaning equipment when done.

If any additional paper is needed by an attendee, a volunteer will place this within reach of the attendee, wearing gloves and a mask.

No sharing of papers is to be allowed.

Attendees requiring assistance with the origami can ask, and verbal guidance will be offered.

Assistance can also be provided via video screen where the volunteer remains over 2m from the attendees.
