We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

Processing of personal data of our members
We process the personal data of employees of our member companies:
- for information exchange and communication within the organisation (e.g. name, email address, relationship with company);
- to manage membership relationships (e.g. name, email address, relationship with member company);
- to organise and capture events (e.g. name, email address, picture);
- to record and share online events with members (e.g. video recording, name);
- to enter into contracts (e.g. name, email address, relationship with member company);
- to organise marketing and communication (e.g. name, photo, relationship with member company).
Processing the personal data of visitors of the websites we manage
Cookies are used on the ERTL website to ensure an appropriate user experience and analyse website traffic statistics. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited.
