Looking up your total accrued volunteer hours
Follow the instructions below to look up the number of volunteer hours you have accrued since the start of 2022 or 2023. If you have already used some volunteer hours for a Cascade membership or for ride registrations please email Maxwell at maxwellb@cascadebicycleclub.org and ask him what your total usable volunteer hours are. The volunteer hours page on the volunteer platform is only able to show total accrued hours.
Step #1
Go to https://volunteer.cascade.org/
Click on the blue Sign in button
Step #2
Type in the password for your volunteer profile.
Then click on the Sign in with E-mail button
This will take you to your volunteer profile home page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the View or Print Volunteer Activity History link. The link is in the Report Management section
This will take you to a page that will show you all of your previous volunteer shifts and their associated hours. It will also show you your total number of hours accrued.
Step #3
Click on the date box on the left and enter January 1st of the previous year.
Example: 1/1/2022
Click on the blue Filter History button
Step #4
This will show you the total volunteer hours that you have earned!
If you have already used some volunteer hours for a Cascade membership or for ride registrations you will need to use the list of the volunteer benefits page to subtract the volunteer hours that you have already used to get your usable hours that you can use for future registrations.
Step #4
To redeem volunteer hours:
- Email the Volunteer Coordinator which ride you would like to register for.
- We will confirm your hours and send you a private link for free registration.
- After using the link to register, confirm your registration on your Dashboard (may take up to 30 minutes).
