Six-sentence story

Sentence 1:         Begins with ‘Once upon a time’ and introduces the main character

Sentence 2:         Describes where the character lived

Sentence 3:         Describes where the character’s special talent

Sentence 4:         Describes the character’s problem

Sentence 5:         Tells why the character felt that way

Sentence 6:         Tells how the character solved the problem

1. Some time ago there lived a girl named Anastasia who loved to go ice skating on cold winter days. On the other hand her two brothers were much different; they were more into archery.

2. Anastasia lived in a small town in Alaska her house was much like a farmhouse but with no animals.

3.  But things she was best at was drawing and icestaking oh when she put on her rollerblades it was like they were meant for her.

4. Everyone in her block wanted ride just like her expect knowone knew how afraid she was, whenever she played her games with her friends she always thought that she would fall right threw.

5. It all started when she watched a movie called jack frost she got so afraid at the scene of when the boy fail into the ice ever since then she's been afraid

6. One day she got so afraid and literally told her parents that she's afraid of falling then her parents said to her when your skating on a fresh piece of ice it is common to hear extensive cracking the first few times you skate over it, but as the ice settles in, the cracking reduces now she's not afraid.
