REGLAMENTO RUTA FRIDA Y DIEGO

Nuestra prioridad es la seguridad y la experiencia de nuestros visitantes; por ello,

compartimos el siguiente reglamento de usuario de la actividad “Ruta Frida y Diego”, el cual deberá ser respetado en todo momento.

1. Compra de boletos y condiciones generales

1. Los boletos deberán adquirirse con anticipación únicamente a través del sitio web oficial del Museo Frida Kahlo: https://boletos.museofridakahlo.org.mx

2. El visitante deberá respetar estrictamente la fecha y el horario seleccionados.

• No es posible ingresar en un horario distinto.
• Una vez realizada la compra, no se realizan cambios, cancelaciones ni devoluciones.

3. El costo de la experiencia es:

• $800.00 MXN por persona.
• Experiencia recomendada para niños mayores de 12 años en adelante.

2. Fechas, horarios e idiomas del recorrido

1. Los visitantes podrán elegir fecha y horario, sujetos a disponibilidad.

2. Los recorridos se realizan sábados y domingos, en los siguientes horarios e idiomas:

• 10:30 h – Recorrido guiado en inglés.
• 12:30 h – Recorrido guiado en español.
• 14:30 h – Recorrido guiado en inglés.

3. Registro, puntualidad y tolerancia

1. El registro se realizará 15 minutos antes del inicio del recorrido, en la entrada del Museo Frida Kahlo.

2. El tiempo de tolerancia será de 5 minutos posteriores al horario indicado.

• Si el visitante no se presenta a tiempo al registro, perderá el derecho a participar en la experiencia.
• Si el visitante abandona el recorrido antes de concluirlo, no habrá reembolso ni compensación.

4. Logística del recorrido y transporte

1. Las visitas guiadas iniciarán de manera puntual y seguirán la siguiente logística:

• Registro en el Museo Frida Kahlo (Londres 247, Col. Del Carmen, Coyoacán,
• CDMX).
• Abordaje del vehículo.
• Traslado al Museo Diego Rivera Anahuacalli.
• Recepción y visita guiada en el Museo Diego Rivera Anahuacalli.
• Conclusión y salida del Museo Diego Rivera Anahuacalli.
• Traslado al Museo Frida Kahlo.
• Recepción y visita guiada en el Museo Frida Kahlo.
• Cierre de la visita y salida del Museo Frida Kahlo.

2. El ascenso y descenso de los visitantes se realizará únicamente en las áreas designadas por los museos. Asimismo, se deberá mantener puntualidad en el abordaje de los vehículos en cada museo y durante todo el recorrido.

5. Normas de acceso y comportamiento

1. No está permitido ingresar al vehículo ni a los museos con alimentos o bebidas.

2. No se permitirá el ingreso de pertenencias mayores a 35 x 20 cm.

3. Los museos no se hacen responsables por la pérdida o daño de objetos

personales olvidados en el vehículo.

4. El visitante deberá seguir en todo momento las indicaciones del personal del museo y del guía.

5. En caso de emergencia el visitante deberá seguir en todo momento las instrucciones del guía, personal del Museo y del operador de la unidad.

6. El visitante deberá usar el cinturón de seguridad en todo momento durante el traslado.

7.. Por respeto a la zona habitacional, se solicita mantener una conducta respetuosa y no tirar basura en la vía pública.

6. Uso de equipos, fotografía y responsabilidad

1. El museo proporcionará el equipo necesario para la actividad, el cual deberá ser devuelto al finalizar la experiencia.

2. Se permite tomar fotografías dentro de los museos sin flash y sin video.

3. La responsabilidad de los museos se limita a los servicios que ofrecen durante la experiencia.

7. Modificaciones, cancelaciones y contacto

1. La experiencia podrá ser modificada, reprogramada o cancelada por causas de fuerza mayor (clima, contingencias, fallas técnicas, disposiciones oficiales, etc.).

2. En caso de cancelación por parte de los museos, se informará a los visitantes sobre las opciones disponibles.

3. Para dudas o aclaraciones, los visitantes podrán consultar los canales oficiales del museo.

Our priority is the safety and experience of our visitors; therefore, we share the following user guidelines for the “Frida and Diego Route” activity, which must be respected at all times.

1. Ticket Purchase and General Conditions

1. Tickets must be purchased in advance exclusively through the official website of Museo Frida Kahlo:

2. Visitors must strictly respect the selected date and time.

• Entry at a different time is not permitted.
• Once the purchase has been completed, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be issued.
  

3. The cost of the experience is:

• $800.00 MXN per person.
• Recommended for children 12 years of age and older.

2. Tour Dates, Times, and Languages

1. Visitors may select their preferred date and time, subject to availability.
2. Tours take place on Saturdays and Sundays, at the following times and in the following languages:

• 10:30 a.m. – Guided tour in English.
• 12:30 p.m. – Guided tour in Spanish.
• 2:30 p.m. – Guided tour in English.

3. Registration, Punctuality, and Grace Period

1. Registration will take place 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour, at the entrance of Museo Frida Kahlo.
2. A 5-minute grace period will be allowed after the scheduled start time.

• If a visitor does not arrive on time for registration, they will forfeit their right to participate in the experience.
• If a visitor leaves the tour before it concludes, no refund or compensation will be provided.

4. Tour Logistics and Transportation

1. Guided tours will begin promptly and will follow this itinerary:

• Registration at Museo Frida Kahlo (Londres 247, Col. Del Carmen, Coyoacán, Mexico City).
• Boarding of the vehicle.
• Transfer to Museo Diego Rivera Anahuacalli.
• Reception and guided visit at Museo Diego Rivera Anahuacalli.
• Conclusion and departure from Museo Diego Rivera Anahuacalli.
• Transfer to Museo Frida Kahlo.
• Reception and guided visit at Museo Frida Kahlo.
• Closing of the visit and departure from Museo Frida Kahlo.
  

2. Boarding and disembarking will take place only in the areas designated by the museums. Visitors must remain punctual when boarding the vehicles at each museum and throughout the entire tour.

5. Access and Conduct Guidelines

1. Food and beverages are not permitted inside the vehicle or the museums.
2. Belongings larger than 35 x 20 cm are not permitted.
3. The museums are not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
4. Visitors must follow at all times the instructions provided by museum staff and the tour guide.
5. In case of emergency, visitors must follow at all times the instructions of the guide, museum staff, and the vehicle operator.
6. Visitors must wear their seatbelt at all times during transportation.
7. Out of respect for the residential neighborhood, visitors are kindly asked to behave respectfully and not litter in public areas.

6. Use of Equipment, Photography, and Liability

1. The museum will provide the necessary equipment for the activity, which must be returned at the end of the experience.
2. Photography without flash is permitted inside the museums; video recording is not allowed.
3. The museums’ responsibility is limited to the services provided during the experience.

7. Modifications, Cancellations, and Contact

1. The experience may be modified, rescheduled, or canceled due to force majeure (weather conditions, contingencies, technical failures, official regulations, etc.).
2. In the event of cancellation by the museums, visitors will be informed of the available options.
3. For questions or further information, visitors may consult the museum’s official communication channels.
