Dear Orchestra Students,

As the end of the school year approaches, I want to remind you to hold the date of _______ for our annual orchestra banquet. This is a special event where we will celebrate the achievements of all of our orchestra members throughout the year, and most importantly, recognize our graduating seniors.

This event will be a fun and memorable evening for all, and it will be a great opportunity to take photos with all of your orchestra friends. We will have a photo booth set up, and there will be plenty of opportunities to capture these special moments.

The orchestra banquet is not only a celebration of your hard work and dedication, but it is also a chance to thank your parents and family members for their continued support throughout the year. They have been there for you every step of the way, and this is a special night where we can come together as a orchestra family and show them our appreciation.
