• Our "Memory" feature learns from your past decisions (like how you classified invoices) to suggest similar actions in the future. This learning is specific to your account.
• We do not use your financial data to train AI models that serve other customers. Your data stays yours.
• Our AI makes recommendations like transaction matches and invoice classifications. These are suggestions - you always have final approval before any data is saved to your accounting system.

4. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your data. However, we may share information with:

• Accounting Partners: To facilitate compliance and accounting services.
• Service Providers: Third parties that help us with hosting, payments, and analytics.

• Data Deletion: Users can request deletion of their Google user data at any time by contacting us at info@letskomplai.com. Upon receiving such a request, we will delete the user's Google data from our active systems within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
• Account Deletion: If a user requests for the deletion of their account or revokes access to their Google data, we will promptly delete all associated Google user data from our systems.

Komplai does not use any Google user data - whether accessed via Gmail integration or other Google APIs - for training, fine-tuning, or improving any artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models, including large language models. This includes any use of such data for supervised learning, reinforcement learning, or unsupervised model enhancement, either within Komplai or through third-party service providers.

In accordance with Google API Services User Data Policy, Komplai strictly limits the use of any data obtained via Google integrations to only those functions explicitly authorised by the user and necessary for providing compliance and accounting services. Such data is processed in a manner that preserves confidentiality, avoids persistent storage beyond the scope of services offered, and ensures it is never repurposed for internal model development or external sharing.

Komplai may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before sharing data.

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
