Zooming In and Out of Inclusionary Practices in Washington State
https://bit.ly/WashingtonZoomingInOut
For inclusion to be fully realized, critical systems change/ complex change work needs to be done. This includes both strategies and vision for what a newly designed inclusive and equitable system looks like. Every time Katie zooms out to discuss critical systems work, Shelley will zoom in with a specific story about what this looks like, sounds like, and feels like for an individual student. Shelley will share stories that help us imagine the impacts of this system on individual students and families supported by this work.
