We are so excited to be entering our 10th season of providing quality aquatic programming to the Salem area and surrounding communities!

When comparing our prices to other programs, you cannot beat the cost of having full-time aquatic professionals who are dedicated to the long-term success of not only your child, but the Piranha Aquatics program as a whole.

Registration is now open for returning athletes and will open August 1 for new swimmers and all registrations will occur online.  You must register through the Team Unify platform.  If you need assistance with registration, please just let us know. We are happy to help!

High School Track

High School

This group only practices during the high school season (Nov-Feb).  This group is for athletes who will swim in OHSAA sponsored meets but DO NOT have a high school sponsored team.

Practice is offered 5 days per week and a minimum of 3 days/week is expected.  Swimmers will practice with Silver or Gold groups of the competitive team, depending on their past swimming experiences and abilities.

Swimmers in this group must be able to swim the length of the pool.  

Practice equipment needed: One piece suit (Girls) or Jammers (boys).  Team cap, fins, kicboard, water bottle, snorkel, tennis shoes to be worn in the pool.

Pre-Season

Athletes who wish to swim before HS season can either join our competitive team or the teen fit program (Recreational).  Please see those packets for more information.

Practice Schedule

Practice will start October 30 and lasts through the last championship meet in which your child qualifies.

M, T, Th 6:25-8:45

Friday 3:55-6:00

Select Saturdays 7:55-9:30

Dryland 6:25-6:30 M, T, Th

Swimmers should wear socks and tennis shoes.

Piranhas High School “In-Season” Program for Independent Athletes

Parent Involvement

High School parents (or someone representing your swimmer) are required to volunteer at our 4 HIGH SCHOOL swim meets (3, 1.5-hour meets at the SCC and the HS swimming invitational January 7th. These high school meets provide necessary high school competition experience for your children.   Without your help, we cannot continue to offer these experiences.

If you feel you will need help covering the costs of swim season, please contact Coach Caroline before registration/at the start of the season. The board will work with you as much as possible. We want your child to swim!

Team Unify Registration and Payments

Family Discount

Our business model advocates charging the lowest price-point per swimmer, regardless of the number of children you have involved in our program, therefore we do not offer family discounts.  If financial constraints apply to your family, please speak to Coach Caroline or a board member and we will work with you to reach an agreement.
