Zoom Free:

Zoom Pro: If you need a pro account, email IT at http://helpdesk.sbcc.edu after you have already created a Zoom account with the college.  Use your Campus Pipeline ID and password to access the helpdesk request page.

Zoom mobile app: You can download the Zoom mobile app for your iOS or Android device from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store

Zoom Class Meeting Recordings

When you record a Zoom class meeting, stay logged into the room after your students leave.  Zoom is preparing your recorded meeting and will email the link to the recorded video so you can download it to your computer.  The link to the recording is in your Zoom settings for the meeting.

Next steps, upload the video to your SBCC Youtube space.  Yes, that’s right.  Each faculty and staff member has his/her own Youtube space.  After logging into your email choose the nine little dots and scroll down until you see the Youtube icon.
