What can I expect from the Chinese Food Festival?

It is a fascinating opportunity to experience and explore an array of diverse cuisines from different regions of China. Visitors will be able to take part in immersive experiences to experience first-hand the diversity of Chinese culture and star in theatrical performances dressed-up in dynasty costumes from ancient Chinese culture.

Does the experience take place indoor or outdoor?

This festival is an outdoor event. We have a stretch tent in case of bad weather.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.

How long does the experience last?

Sessions last for 3.5 - 4.5 hours depending on which slot booked.

Will there be toilets on site?

Yes, there will be toilets at the venue.

Are photos and videos allowed to be taken during the experience?

Guests are welcome to share their experience except using professional equipment

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Last entry is 90 minutes prior to the closing time of your booked session.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Few tickets will be available at the door if the slot is not sold out, but we strongly advise purchasing in advance.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets can only be exchanged if 48hrs notice is given. Tickets are non-refundable; terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. Under special circumstances, you can contact us for a refund.
