We currently collect and process the following information:

• Eligibility for Free School Meals/Pupil Premium

How we get the personal information and why we have it:

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• So that you may loan a bike or scooter from us
• So that you may donate a bike or scooter to us
• So that you may make a financial donation to us
• So that you may volunteer with us
• When applying for a job with us
• To sign up for our newsletter
• To help us fundraise

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• From your child’s school (with your permission) to confirm eligibility for Free School Meals/Pupil Premium

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

• Assess and provide you with a loan bike/scooter for your child(ren)
• Liaise with your child’s school in order provide you with a loan bike/scooter
• Accept and either collect or arrange drop off of donated bikes/scooters
• Fulfil any legal obligations we have regarding financial donations
• To thank you for any donations
• To process any necessary and legal checks before you start volunteering or working with us
• To keep you updated on our work when you have requested this
• To correspond with you for a legitimate reason

We may share this information with:

• Safeguarding agencies as per our legal obligations
• The Police and insurance company as required/necessary

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on password protected devices and on password protected cloud storage.

We keep any personal information for 12 months after completion of our contact with you. We may need to keep certain information for longer for safeguarding reasons. We will then permanently delete your data from our systems.
