Frozen Fun Friday

This Friday is our first Fun Friday for PBIS Card holders.  Stop by the Bookstore today to show Mrs. Sullivan your PBIS White card to receive your coupon for a FREE slushie at lunch Friday.  

The Northside boys' tennis team improved their season record to 5-0 with a win over a tough Center Grove North team Wednesday evening September 5.

Varsity won 4-1 with winners including singles players Amrit Kar and Param Patel, and doubles players Matt Degner/Luke Sequeira, and Ben Genter/Sid Jain.

JV won 6-0 with winners including singles players Darren Li, Sid Kamble, and Degner, and doubles players Leo Guo/Sequeira, and Zach Kiser/Ajay Singireddy.

The 7th grade football team lost to Bloomington Batchelor last night at Bloomington. The Spartans got down early and could never get back in the game. The final play of the game the Spartans ran a 70 yard touchdown run and converted the two point conversion to end the game on a high note. The Spartans are home next Wednesday vs. the Central Chargers during the Spartan Party.

On the 8th grade side, the Spartans emerged victorious, 33-8! Brennan Cowan, Ian Calvert, and Bo Wagner each had TD runs. Ethan Duncan had a 65 yd strike to Caleb Martoccia for a score. Trent Liggett went 3/3 in extra point kicks. Ty Boone and Alex Narvaez each had a QB sack. Nathan Day was a shutdown corner and Abrum Breedlove added an interception. Wide receivers Emiliano Lopez and Darren Riley were huge in the downfield blocking leading to long runs!
