  2. Will be reaching out to Provost soon to set up regular meetings. Let me know if you have some questions to bring up there.

  1. Training the funding board officers Tuesday, August 24th!
  2. Five direct grants will be heard Friday, August 27th

  1. Government Relations Officer: Attending Lt. Governor's Education Task Force (as a student not ASBSU) on the 26th to listen to the direction of conversation surrounding that and BSU. If anyone is interested in joining me, Samantha Mulvihill, please shoot me a message.
  2. Associate Vice President of Inclusive Excellence: Inclusive Excellence Training Completed - Weekly meetings (insert date/time). ACLU Privacy Training in September, interested members please provide schedules.

  2. Starting to spec out a style guide, planning on utilizing the comm committee to draft

  1. Helped out with Bronco Welcome week - thank you to everyone who helped out at the Resource Fair!
  2. Assembly members have been selected and email notifications have been sent out. We successfully filled almost every seat. We do not have a representative from IFC or MGC.

  1. Appointment to the Campus Dining Working Committee for RFP development is Sarah for her existing position working with the food pantry, experiential knowledge of dietary restrictions, and partly for having already been oriented to the situation on campus.
  1. There will be additional appointments to be made after the RFP’s creation to evaluate submissions from vendors.
  1. Michelle Tassinari is in conversation with us to further plan the future of the Mental Health Committee and what is possible to be accomplished through support from ASBSU and the Office of the Dean of Students.
